For Shipping

All the items on our website are free shipping, and will be markedas "gifts" or "samples" to save from the customs tax. The parcel needs your signature when delivery, if you are not at home, it will be left the post office for your pick up. And please make sure the address you offer are absolutely correct, you have to take charge for the freights if the address is undeliverable.

Delivery Times: It depends on the destination country. Regularly, to USA/UK/Canada/Australia, we will send the parcels by EMS, which will take about 6-8 business days to get your door. To others, we will ship the orders by post service or EMS, and it will about 2 weeks to delivery.

Online Tracking: All the orders placed on our website are traceable, the tracking number will be offered to you by email immediately the parcel shipped out. You can track it real-time online. Please Note: If you get a message saying "No information for this tracking" when trying to track the parcel. Do not worry, it is normal, usually the shippping info will be updated within 36 hours after the parcel shipped out.

For Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery and must be in its original conditions.
If ask for refund due to your own reasons, you are responsible for the shipping charges, the initial shipping charges will be deducted from your payment amount.
Please allow a few days for us to process the refund after receive your returning item.

For Exchange

Exchanges are available, please return the exchange item within 7days of receipt, in its original packing(including all items that come with the initial package), and you are responsible for the shipping charges to return and reship. Please note that exchange item will be sent out only after we receive your return item.

Please contact us at first for the return address, and send back the returns by secure courier company, we will not be responsible for any lost issue that occured in the return shipment.
